1. 앱에서 바로 지우기
- 오른쪽 위 메뉴(☰)를 눌러요.
- 설정 · 도움말을 열어요.
- 맨 아래 계정과 데이터 삭제를 누르고, 한 번 더 눌러 확인해요.
바로 지워지고 처음 화면으로 돌아가요. 지운 계정과 아이템은 되살릴 수 없어요.
MARU에는 정기 구독이 없어요. App Store · Google Play의 구매 내역은 각 스토어 계정에 남아요.
2. 앱에 들어갈 수 없다면 — 이메일로 요청

내용: 앱 안 닉네임, 로그인에 쓴 방법(Apple · Google)과 그 계정의 이메일 주소
로그인한 Apple · Google 계정의 이메일로 보내 주시면 본인 확인이 빨라요. 확인 후 7일 안에 지우고 결과를 알려 드려요. 게스트(로그인하지 않은 계정)는 서버에 이메일이 없어 본인 확인이 어려우니, 앱에서 직접 지우거나 앱을 삭제해 주세요.
3. 지워지는 것
- 계정(익명 계정 식별자, Apple · Google 로그인 정보와 이메일)
- 닉네임, 연령대, 내 나라 표시, 캐릭터 모습, 가진 아이템 · 도감 · 별가루, 하늘 여권 도장
- 친구 관계, 차단 목록, 함께 앉은 시간
- 1:1 대화, 내가 쓴 소원 · 쪽지 · 별자리
- 이 기기 안의 정보(설정, 위치, 사진첩 · 엽서): 앱의 삭제 버튼이 지우고, 앱을 삭제해도 함께 지워져요.
4. 남는 것과 기간
- 신고 · 제재 관련 기록(내가 하거나 받은 신고, 경고 · 채팅 금지 · 정지, 이의 제기, 관련 메시지 몇 줄): 처리가 끝난 날부터 1년 따로 보관한 뒤 지워요. 재발 방지와 수사기관 등 법적 요청에 대응하기 위해서예요.
- 구매 · 청약철회 기록: 5년(「전자상거래 등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률」). 소비자 불만 · 분쟁 기록: 3년.
- 접속 기록(IP · 시각): 3개월
- 광장 채팅에 내가 보낸 말: 계정 삭제와 따로, 보낸 날부터 90일이 지나면 지워져요(마루마다 최근 200줄만 남아서 더 일찍 지워지기도 해요).
남는 기록은 다른 정보와 분리해 그 목적으로만 쓰고, 기간이 끝나면 지워요. 자세한 내용은 개인정보처리방침을 봐 주세요.

1. Delete in the app
- Tap the menu (☰) at the top right.
- Open Settings & Help (설정 · 도움말).
- Tap Delete account and data (계정과 데이터 삭제) at the bottom, then tap again to confirm.
Your account is deleted immediately and the app returns to the start. Deleted accounts and items cannot be restored.
2. Can't open the app? Request by e-mail

Include: your in-app nickname, how you signed in (Apple or Google) and that account's e-mail address
Writing from the e-mail of the Apple or Google account you signed in with helps us verify you. We delete the account within 7 days after verification and let you know. Guest (not signed-in) accounts have no e-mail on our server, so please delete them in the app or uninstall the app.
3. What is deleted
- Your account (anonymous ID, Apple / Google sign-in data and e-mail)
- Nickname, age band, chosen flag, character looks, items, collection book, stardust, passport stamps
- Friends, block list, time spent together
- 1:1 messages, and your wishes, notes and constellations
- Data on this device (settings, location, photos and postcards): removed by the in-app delete button, and also when you uninstall the app.
4. What is kept, and for how long
- Report and sanction records (reports by or about you, warnings, mutes, bans, appeals, and a few lines of related messages): kept separately for 1 year after the case is closed, to prevent repeat abuse and respond to lawful requests, then deleted.
- Purchase and withdrawal records: 5 years (Korean E-Commerce Consumer Protection Act). Complaint and dispute records: 3 years.
- Access logs (IP, time): 3 months
- What you said in plaza chat: deleted 90 days after sending, separately from account deletion (each maru keeps only its latest 200 lines, so often sooner).
